Human Resource Intern

Purpose of Role

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in employee engagement, welfare initiatives, learning and development, onboarding activities, and HR projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle and offers opportunities to participate in research, events planning, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Welfare & Engagement

· Conduct research on employee welfare,benefits, wellness initiatives, and engagement programmes.

· Assist in planning, organizing, andcoordinating employee engagement activities, company events, celebrations, andwellness initiatives.

· Support the preparation of surveys, feedbackcollection, and analysis of employee engagement data.

· Assist in the administration of employeewelfare programmes and communication materials.

· Coordinate logistics, vendor communications,and event arrangements where required.

2. Learning & Development

· Assist in coordinating training programmes andmaterials.

· Support training registrations, attendancetracking, and maintenance of training records.

· Consolidate post-training feedback and preparelearning reports.

· Research training providers, learningresources, and development programmes.

3. HR Projects

· Assist with data gathering, analysis, andpresentation preparation for HR initiatives and projects.

· Provide administrative support for HRdigitalization and transformation projects when required.

· Support continuous improvement initiativesrelating to HR processes and employee experience.

4. Other Duties

· Provide administrative support to the HR teamas required.

· Assist with ad hoc HR assignments andprojects.

Knowledge and Experience

· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.

· Prior work experience or internship exposure in Human Resources, administration, or arelated field will be an advantage.

· Proficientin Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Familiaritywith Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools will be an addedadvantage.

· Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills with an interest in process improvement and employee experience initiatives.
