This role involves close collaboration with our Headquarter development teams and end users, providing technical support through integration, testing, and operational deployment phases.
While prior experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Technical and operational training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to carry out your responsibilities with success and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout the integration and deployment process for both project teams and local customer end users.
- Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance services at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform fault analysis.
- Support R&D engineering teams in product testing, validation, and project delivery
- Conduct and document test procedures.
- Train end users and customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any relevant mechanical or technical fields. Degree qualification is an advantage.
- Interest in mechanical assembly skills.
- Preferably to have 2 years' experience in system maintenance and technical support, with a hands-on approach to working with mechanical components.
- The role requires a reasonable level of physical fitness. Candidate must be capable of handling tools, parts, and occasionally heavy equipment during service or repair tasks.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with our headquarters’ development teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel internationally for assignments when required.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and service-mindedness.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take up ad-hoc duties as they may be assigned.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- 5 days work week but must be willing to work overtime if required.
- G50 security clearance is mandatory (Candidate must obtain the clearance for the job).
- Due to security clearance requirements, only Singapore citizens will be considered.
