Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements
• Perform product testing, diagnose test failures, and collaborate closely with process and test engineers to drive continuous yield and performance improvements.
• Ensure work processes comply with relevant ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices.
• Ensuring knowledge pass down for Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions.

Requirements

• Nitec and Diploma qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
• Good team player
• Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Comfortable to perform shift work
• Good understanding of test methods and concepts
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills is an added advantage

Working hours: 12 hours permanent shift (either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am)
