Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by preparing and processing sales orders accurately to meet customer requirements
• Communicate clearly with customers to address enquiries and provide timely follow-up on outstanding issues
• Manage delivery orders and invoices to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment
• Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and support sales operations
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of ACCPAC or other order processing systems to enhance order management efficiency
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Friendly, cheerful disposition with a customer-oriented approach to service
• Minimum education level: O/A Level or Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
