Café Crew (Barista & Service Staff)

✨ Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages (e.g. dirty mocha, cloud latte, matcha strawberry latte, espresso-based drinks)
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Operate POS system (order taking, cashiering, basic admin)
• Serve customers warmly and handle table service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café and workstations
  

👤 Requirements

• Prior experience in café/barista role preferred
• Knowledge of specialty beverages (coffee & matcha-based drinks)
• Comfortable handling POS systems
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible shifts (weekends/public holidays may be required)
