Logistics Operations Manager

Salary

S$6,000 – S$6,800

6 Days work week.
9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

* Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Plan and coordinate manpower deployment across client sites.

* Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous process improvements.

* Develop operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Liaise with clients regarding operational requirements and service quality.

* Analyse operational performance and prepare management reports.

* Coordinate inventory movement and warehouse space utilisation.

* Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.

* Work with management to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.

* Lead and supervise warehouse personnel and operational teams.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

* Strong analytical and organisational skills.

* Good leadership and communication abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

* Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
