TIANN'S - Permanent Part-time Service Crew/Barista – work only for 3 or 4 days a week!

We are looking for positive and reliable members who are customer-oriented to join our Front of House team on a permanent part time basis. This means that you are a permanent employee who works for fixed hours on fixed days every week, between 25-33 hours. Example: 3 days/25 hours a week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

At TIANN’S, we specialise in gluten-free and sugar conscious creations. Everything is designed for those who want to eat healthier without compromising on taste and flavour. Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences/intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have. Our passion also extends beyond food, as we are dedicated to delivering excellent service, consistent high-quality food to provide our guests with amazing dining experiences.

What you will do:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests
• Take orders accurately
• Brew well-balanced cups of coffee
• Prepare and serve guests orders
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations well
• Communicate effectively and work well with team members
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness of operational areas to ensure customer comfort
• Manage stock inventory
• Assist with kitchen prep
• Conduct other tasks where required

What you need:

• Positive and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Has an excellent command in English
• Able to read body language well
• Good at communicate effectively and efficiently with the team and customers
• Works well within a team
• Eager to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated
• Able to commit for at least 1 year
