Job Summary
The Company Driver & Admin is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company staff and clients, while also supporting general administrative and office operations. The role requires strong time management, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
A. Transportation duties (include but not limited to)
· Provide timely and safe pick-up and drop-off services for designated staff and clients.
· Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items as assigned.
· Accompany and transport visiting clients to meetings, site visits, or local destinations (including tourism arrangements when required).
· Support other transportation needs as assigned from time to time.
· Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition, including regular washing and basic upkeep.
· Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and coordinate maintenance when due.
· Promptly report any accidents, injuries, traffic violations, or vehicle damage to management.
· Adhere strictly to all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
B. Administrative Duties (include but not limited to)
· Perform general office errands as assigned.
· Manage office supplies inventory and handle purchasing of office items.
· Support general administrative paperwork, data recording, and filing.
· Assist in coordinating office renovation, repair, and maintenance works where applicable.
· Support the organization of small company events and activities (e.g., team bonding, CSR initiatives).
· Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
Job Requirements
· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
· Proven experience as a company driver.
· Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic regulations, and major locations.
· Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with management and clients.
· Basic administrative and computer skills required.
· Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
· Well-groomed and professional appearance.
· Able to multitask and respond flexibly to operational needs.
