Retail Showroom Sales Manager ( Lighting Industry ) | Paya Lebar

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the industry to drive sales growth and business development. The role requires someone who is well-connected within the industry and experienced in liaising with interior designers, contractors, architects, and other third-party partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive new business through cold calling and market outreach
• Grow our market reach and client base
• Manage the showroom and lead the sales team, including training new executives
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress
• Provide onsite lighting consultation and advice to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Job Requirement:

• 2+ years of relevant lighting sales experience
• Comfortable travelling around Singapore for onsite visits
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD a plus
