Outdoor Sales Representative ( Furniture/Lighting Industry ) Eunos

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting customers, working independently, and taking ownership of their sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods
• Meet and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
• Continuously develop sales and negotiation skills to improve performance

Job Requirement

• 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outdoor or business development role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Good negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining sales records
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
