Responsibilities

• Support finance, project, and operations Team in general admin duties.

• Assist full set of accounts and a good understanding of double entry.

• Familiar with preparation of customer quotations and sales orders to support finance, project, and operations activities.

• Tracking of customers quotations, sales orders, and project delivery schedule.

• Maintain proper documentation of finance, project, and operations control.

• Other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma Holder.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Windows, and Power point.

• Assist in tasks and support finance, project, and operations team in the execution of projects, operations, accounting, and administrative duties.
