Finance Executive

GoldPhield is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations for a client of ours. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee core accounting functions, support month-end closing, and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes, alongside full month-end financial closing activities.
• Compile audit schedules, track expenses, file GST returns, complete statutory filings, and prepare financial reports for both internal reviews and external audits.
• Oversee and update chart of accounts, client, and vendor master data to maintain system accuracy.
• Help monitor liquidity, facilitate regular disbursement cycles, and assist with everyday banking and treasury tasks.
• Perform & support any ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA qualification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification)
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only
