We are hiring Contract Business Office Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter.

* Perform financial counselling – explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits.

* Perform billing and cashiering – process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection.

* Request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers and follow up for LOGs.

* Reply to BO-related queries via email or calls.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Minimum N/O/A Level

* Relevant experience in business office, patient service, billing or cashiering will be advantageous.

* Able to work according to the required roster and working hours (Monday to Friday: 6.30am – 3.30pm / 4.00pm OR 10.00am / 11.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday: 6.30am – 3.00pm)

- Able to commit to a Contract Duration: 1 year
