Job Summary

You will oversee site supervision and quality control, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and managing construction progress to deliver projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance throughout construction administration and progress reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records to track work progress and support project documentation
• Proactively identify, resolve, and manage site issues collaboratively to maintain smooth project execution and team cohesion

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 3 years supervising works of similar complexity
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Manage team composition ensuring A.RTO-Architectural members do not exceed 30% of total RTO-Architectural team strength
