Job Description:

• Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in October/November 2026.

Job Requirements:

• ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer with strong knowledge in construction of building structures & basement works.
• Preferably with experience in High-rise Construction Work with Precast Elements / Basement Construction Works
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
