Nutritionist / Nutrition Coach

About the Role

Cover Story is an online 1:1 nutrition coaching service helping women through peri-, pre-, and post-menopause achieve real, lasting body transformations. We're looking for an experienced nutritionist to coach clients through minimum 12-week programmes, guiding them on nutrition, body composition change, and daily accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients 1:1 through structured programmes of 12 weeks or longer
• Calculate macros and build body transformation projections tailored to each client
• Review client food diaries regularly and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Maintain accurate body composition records and track progress throughout each client's journey
• Provide day-to-day support and accountability to clients between check-ins
• Coach clients across the menopause transition (peri, pre, and post-menopausal), adapting nutrition strategy to hormonal changes
• Build meal and macro guidance across Singaporean, Indian, Chinese, Malay, and Mediterranean cuisines to suit each client's real diet
• Manage a caseload of clients with strong organisation, communication, and follow-through

Requirements

• Certified nutritionist or nutrition coach (certification required)
• Proven experience coaching clients on macros, body composition, and food diary review
• Experience working with women through menopause/perimenopause preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singaporean and broader Asian cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Malay), plus Mediterranean
• Excellent client management and communication skills — responsive, empathetic, consistent
• Comfortable working remotely and delivering daily client support via messaging/video call
