Sales Manager (Art Materials, Retail & E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales forecasts to achieve company sales targets and business growth.

• Drive sales across multiple channels, including retail stores, B2B customers, online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

• Develop and expand sales opportunities within the art materials, creative, education and related industries.

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, schools, institutions, artists, retailers and business partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts to maximise repeat business.

• Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data and market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' products, pricing, promotions and business activities.

• Manage and grow sales through online platforms and marketplaces, working closely with the marketing team to improve online sales performance.

• Conduct cold calling, client visits and business development activities to generate new sales opportunities.

• Work closely with retail teams to improve store sales performance, customer experience and product presentation.

• Plan and organise sales promotions, marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, workshops and other business events.

• Handle customers' feedback, enquiries and complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

• Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts and business development updates for management.

• Work closely with management and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or other relevant disciplines.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

• Experience in the art materials, creative, education, retail or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.

• Experience managing or selling through online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred.

• Experience in retail sales and store operations will be an advantage.

• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of retail trends, e-commerce and online consumer behaviour.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, resourceful, independent and highly result-oriented.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.

• Strong team player with a positive working attitude.
