Program Manager | Semiconducting Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls
• Drive projects to successful completion ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget at all times
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture that encourages accountability and excellence
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external parties
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies ahead of time
• Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards required
• Develop and enforce quality control measures and procedures across all project phases
• Oversee project expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control throughout the project duration
• Provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation at all times
• Deliver regular project status updates to the Sales Director and all relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong industry network and deep knowledge within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical market
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities
