Job Description:

· Assist Facilities Manager in planning, controlling of building preventive and corrective maintenance works
· Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site
· Feedback daily status of all works to Facilities Manager
· To lead a team of technicians to carry out building preventive maintenance works
· To submit monthly report to Facilities Manager in the preventive and corrective works carried out throughout the month
· Planning of duty roster for the shift technicians
· Liaising with contractors for variation works on work delivery schedule and quality
· Prepare work proposals and costing and tracking of work until completion of service
· To assist in putting up claims according to contract schedule of rates
· Ensure site safety measures are well implemented

Job Requirement:

· Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Management
. Good knowledge in HVAC installation and building management system
. Self-motivated & able to work independently & a team player
. Excellent collaboration, influencing & communication skill
