Programme Support Executive | Govt | 6-Months Contract

Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $4000 per month

6 months contract

Job Scope:

• Support the implementation and rollout of digital initiatives, systems, or applications
• Utilise available digital tools and assist with system testing and user acceptance activities.
• Compile, maintain, and track records, issues, action items, and user feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule training, engagement, and briefing sessions for stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for project activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Comfortable supporting change management, system implementation, or digital adoption initiatives.
• Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support will be an advantage.
