AIR-CON SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works.Lead and supervise air-con technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.Troubleshoot and resolve air-conditioning system issues.Conduct site inspections and coordinate with customers, suppliers and contractors.Ensure all servicing and installation work meets required quality and safety standards.Prepare basic job reports and update customers on work progress.

Minimum 10 years of experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance and installation.Minimum 10 years of driving experience.Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence.Minimum Secondary 4 / GCE O-Level qualification.Able to supervise technicians and work independently.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel to different job sites in Singapore.Relevant air-conditioning technical experience and qualifications will be an advantage.
