Facilities Coordinator / East

About the role
- Coordinate daily facilities management activities across multiple client sites.
- Attend to client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and ad-hoc facilities services.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate service works when required.
- Monitor service schedules and follow up on work completion.
- Support onboarding of new client accounts and operational setup.
- Maintain records, reports, invoices, and operational documentation.
- Track inventory of office and facilities-related supplies.
- Assist in billing administration and vendor invoice processing.
- Support site inspections and ensure service standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
About you.
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Entry-level candidates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
