Human Resource Admin (Entry Level) - Training provided!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing staff
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents as needed
• Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and staff databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on HR-related matters when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
