Insurance Operations Executive (1 Year Contract) (Up to $4,9k) #NKC

Coordinate insurance, investment and investment-linked operations between financial intermediaries and internal teams

Monitor fund switching, top-ups and partial withdrawals

Follow up on failed trades, transaction delays and operational issues

Act as the key contact for financial intermediary queries

Liaise with Underwriting to resolve medical and financial requirements for high-sum-assured cases

Coordinate with Claims and Policy Servicing on escalated cases

Manage end-to-end escalation of death, disability and critical illness claims

Work with Actuarial teams on special/customised quotations

Identify and follow up on outstanding or delayed policy cases

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved and cases are closed promptly

Ensure transactions and servicing requests are completed accurately and efficiently
