Facilities Technical Executive (Building Systems) - up to $2,500 | 6 days

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify defects or maintenance requirements
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of structural, architectural, plumbing and civil works
• Coordinate preventive and corrective building maintenance activities
• Liaise with contractors and service providers on maintenance and repair works
• Monitor the condition of walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows and other building areas
• Maintain service reports, work orders and relevant facilities documentation
• Provide basic facilities management administrative support for maintenance activities
• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Services or a relevant engineering discipline
• Basic understanding of building maintenance, civil works or building systems
• Able to coordinate with contractors and work effectively in a site environment
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Relevant building or facilities maintenance experience will be advantageous
