Process Technician

Job Scope:

1. Perform metallurgical recovery processes.
2. Able to work in manual and chemical work environment.
3. Support Supervisor in handling plant start-up, shutdown process according to established procedures. Troubleshooting of quality and process problems.
4. Admin work in receiving incoming materials
5. Safely and efficiently operates their assigned processes and procedure
6. To follow the safe working procedures of the Company
7. Participates and responds to the company emergency response in areas of firefighting, rescue and loss containment
8. Fulfil any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or a related discipline
• Entry level candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Effective team player with good communication skills and high self-motivation
• Able to withstand work pressure and to perform overtime when required to complete job given dateline
• Able to drive forklift will be a bonus.
• 5.5days work week
