IT Business Analyst – Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) / Fenergo

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the delivery of a regional Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) project within the banking industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, project managers and IT stakeholders across APAC to gather and analyse business requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, support solution design and participate in testing and project implementation activities.

This role requires strong Business Analyst experience within the banking industry, with good knowledge of KYC, client onboarding and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Experience with the Fenergo platform will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements and business cases into clear functional and system requirements.
• Analyse existing application data models and perform mapping to upstream and downstream systems, including interfaces and reports.
• Analyse functional requirements and determine the appropriate system configurations required to support business outcomes.
• Work with IT stakeholders on solution design, taking into consideration the existing enterprise application landscape and system dependencies.
• Support project planning activities, including estimation of project resources, budget and delivery timelines.
• Support IT Project Managers in the planning and execution of large-scale technology projects.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on functional and business requirements.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with business, technology and project teams to investigate and resolve issues identified during testing and implementation.
• Support project documentation, requirement traceability and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops and project meetings across regional teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, client onboarding and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Good understanding of application data models, system interfaces and data mapping.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of IT project management principles and practices.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with Fenergo or other Client Lifecycle Management platforms will be an advantage.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
