Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
- Monitor daily shipment schedules and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on production and shipment progress to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with Purchasing to manage customer forecasts and demand planning.
- Coordinate and implement ECO/ECN changes with relevant departments.
- Handle customer RMA enquiries and follow up on related issues.
- Prepare costing and RFQ submissions for customers.
- Support overall order management and customer service activities.
