Looking for a season project manager to handle the entire life cycle of a project

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Provide project management services

b. Coordinate with all relevant parties (internal and execution) for smooth project execution

c. Participate and conduct reviews, surveys, integration and acceptance testing as the Organization's representative.

d. Arrange and manage meetings between the all parties (including sub-contractors )

e. Monitor and resolve project and integration issues

f. Establish necessary Non-Disclosure Agreements with third-party

g. Maintain independence by not becoming a sub-contractor to any other parties

h. Pursue the rectification of inadequacies whenever it appears

i. Review and process the personnel security clearances for sub-contractor and related vendors.

Document Management& Review

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Consolidate and verify project documentation, including, but not limited to:

• Certificate of completion

• Requirements trace ability matrix

• Review documents

• Interface design documents

• Safety reports

• Installation control documents

• Progress/status reports

• Action item register

• Acceptance test plans

• Acceptance test procedures

• Acceptance test reports

b. Submit verified documents to relevant parties for endorsement

c. Review and test eLearning and training content (if any)

Installation, Check-out, Integration and Testing Oversight

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Oversee and coordinate Installation, Check-out,

Integration and Testing (ICIT) works

b. Oversee logistics arrangements and equipment setup at

Organization premises

c. Oversee and ensure proper disposal of materials, including hazardous waste management

d. Oversee and support system integration testing and reviews

Training Coordination

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Coordinate the logistics of the training courses provided by the

organization

b. Review and manage the training content and processes, for example:

• Scope of training

• Quality of training materials and equipment

• Quality of instruction

• Topics requiring review or additional coverage

Logistics & Maintenance Support

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Assist to draft and update system management reports:

• Integrated Logistics Support(ILS) report where applicable

• Post-acceptance operationalization and handover plans

• Logistics Support Management Plan (LSMP) where applicable

b. Assess and recommend:

• Supply Support items, if any

c. Ensure proper delivery of:

• Documentations

• Training materials

d. Ensure proper maintenance plan to support the

System throughout the operational life span

e. Review Maintenance Plan

f. Review Maintenance Engineering Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (where applicable)

Post-Implementation Support

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Manage maintenance works, which commence upon

completion of On-Site Acceptance Test (OSAT)

b. Handle defect rectification and warranty issues

c. Act as Organization's representative in resolving inadequacies

Governance and Cybersecurity Management

The personnel shall conduct internal audits (e.g. vulnerability, basic security) at the following frequency (where applicable):

a. Internal audits: Once every year and continuous audit

remediations till closure of findings

The personnel shall also ensure comply to the Organization's policy, including but not limited to:

a. Producing vulnerability management compliance reports and patch reports

b. Filing documents for audit purposes

c. Conducting logs review

d. Performing Vulnerability/Compliance Assessments

e. Respond to Request for Information (RFI)/ Polls from the

relevant staff organization

f. Perform reviews of privileged and non-privileged accounts

g. Manage waivers (CybersecurityAct, Circulars etc.) as required

h. Manage security notifications

System & Ops Support Management

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Manage contracts

b. Monitor system health

c. Conduct security monitoring and tracking

d. Provide sites support

e. Manage patching

f. Review and implement Service Requests/Change Requests

(SR/CR)

g. Support procurement activities

h. Support power servicing operations

i. Provide ops support for special events and exercises

j. Manage obsolescence

Project Management

The personnel shall be responsible to:

a. Manage Technical Refresh activities

b. Handle ad-hoc hardware and software replacements

c. Manage and implement security enhancements and integrations

d. Manage services and infrastructure migrations (where

applicable)

e. Oversee system decommissioning

Personnel Security Clearance and Supply Support Management

The personnel shall support the submission of security clearances for related vendors.

The personnel shall assess and review the supply support items provided (if any) regularly.

Modification &Configuration Management

The personnel shall conduct annual reviews of operation and maintenance manuals.

Engineering Support Management

The personnel shall provide technical advice and recommendations as required.

Budget Management

The personnel shall be responsible to perform invoice verification, budget monitoring, and forecasting.

The personnel shall undertake any additional project responsibilities or tasks as directed by the organization.

The personnel shall ensure that all deliverables as defined by the Organization based on the Scope of Work and furnish all necessary documentation as part of the deliverables.

The personnel shall observe normal working hours from 0830 hrs to 1800 hrs, Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

The personnel shall be recallable for contingencies and other scheduled events outside of working hours, subject to reasonable compensations in terms of time off-in-lieu.
