Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, order liquor, beer, wine, and supplies, and build vendor relationships.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, track sales data, and handle payroll.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national health, safety, and liquor licensing laws.
Customer Service: Greet guests, resolve complaints, and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
Menu Development: Create and update drink menus and plan promotional events.
