Responsibilities
- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
Requirements
- Love to interact with customers
- Able to commit retail hours
- Minimum 6 months of internship period is required
