Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor junior SaaS/Platform Engineers in the support and operations of enterprise software platforms
Own day-to-day platform operations, ensuring availability, reliability, performance, patching, upgrades, configuration, and SLA management
Establish and maintain security, access control, RBAC, compliance, audit readiness, and DR standards across enterprise SaaS platforms
Lead automation, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and incidents
Support legacy system migration from On-Premise to AWS Cloud, including migration planning, architecture review, security hardening, data migration, testing, and post-migration stabilization
Manage major upgrades, platform migrations, DR testing, vulnerability remediation, incident response, RCA, and problem management
Administer observability platforms and integrations, including Splunk and Dynatrace
Manage vendors, support contracts, licensing, escalations, performance, and roadmap alignment
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, DR procedures, and support playbooks
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Compliance, Procurement, Shared Services, and Business stakeholders to align platform roadmap and operational priorities
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise platform engineering, SaaS operations, IT infrastructure, or enterprise application support
Experience managing mission-critical enterprise SaaS and/or on-premise platforms, preferably in medium-to-large or regulated environments
Experience supporting hybrid/cloud environments and on-premise to cloud migration initiatives
Hands-on experience in RBAC/access control, ITIL processes, monitoring & observability, and automation scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Good understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals, including EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, backup and disaster recovery
Experience in vendor management, escalations, software licensing, and enterprise support contracts
Strong knowledge of security, governance, and compliance, preferably MAS-TRM and CSA standards
Proven track record in platform upgrades, migrations, modernization, and service improvement, with focus on availability, MTTR, and operational maturity
Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers and driving standardization across multiple enterprise platforms
ITIL, AWS/Azure, or relevant vendor certifications will be an added advantage
