Lifestyle Facilitator, Perennial Living

Responsibilities 

• Design and plan activity programmes to engage the seniors and residents in the community
• Facilitate and lead the session in group or one-on-one settings
• Encourage participation and monitor the engagement and well-being of the seniors
• Tailor and adapt activities to individual interest and physical and health conditions
• Assist in outreach and advocacy activities, including community engagement and health talks 
• Oversee general maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of activity spaces 
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Community Care / Social Services / Healthcare, or a related discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or geriatric-related settings 
• Candidates with certification in music will have an added advantage 
• Genuine passion for and enjoyment in working with seniors 
• Able to commit weekend duties
