F&B Management Trainee (Front / Back of House) | 5/6 days work, Up to $3,500

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays & festive periods

• Comfortable handling non-halal food items

• Willing to work at various locations islandwide

• Open to a 1-year contract (with completion bonus)

• Must be based in Singapore

What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House (Service):

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection

• Serve dishes and attend to customer needs

• Handle cashiering duties (payments & receipts)

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and self-service stations

OR

Back of House (Kitchen):

• Prepare and assemble dim sum and dishes according to standards

• Assist in ingredient preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning)

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

• Ensure food safety standards are followed

• Support kitchen operations for smooth workflow

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,800

• Allowance: $700

• Gross Salary: Up to $3,500
