Accounts Specialist (AR)

Responsibilities

• Car invoicing for Revenue recognition and adhoc billings
• Accrual of Cost of Sales
• Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation
• Prepare and posting of journal entries
• Follow up on outstanding debts
• Checking of commissions
• Prepare monthly reports
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 1 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, organized and a good team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify areas for improvement on existing processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
