Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (Healthcare)

• Proactively source active and passive candidates through job portals, outsourced recruiters, job boards, and professional networks to build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or virtual interviews, and evaluate candidate competency and cultural fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, advise on hiring strategies, and guide the interview process.
• Manage the offer process, coordinate reference checks, and assist with pre-onboarding or administrative new-hire tasks.
• Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire), build reporting dashboards, and support digital or AI tool adoption to boost efficiency.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university outreach programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, data analysis, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
