Job Description:
- Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project as designated by the Project Manager.
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
- Liaise with client's representatives on site and with all subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by all subcontractors.
- Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by for all construction.
- Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification recognized by IES.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in projects with deep basement of at least 10m deep, structural steel construction, or conserved building restoration.
- Minimum of 3 years design experience in steel structure
