About your role

• A rotational graduate role that builds your technical foundation across product management, deployment, and solutions engineering — working with real systems and customers from day one.
• Product Management
• Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing.
• Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and usability.
• Deployment
• Assist with Augmentus system deployment in customer environments.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and real-world issue resolution.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve integration, performance, and operational challenges.
• Solutions Engineering
• Support solution design and technical validation for customer use cases.
• Assist with technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and project coordination.
• Participate in hardware setup, testing, and system validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or related).
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
• Strong interest in engineering, technology, and what the company builds.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt across different roles.
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
