Training Programme Administrator (1-year Temp Contract)

We are looking for a Training Programme Administrator to support the administration and delivery of training programmes, workshops and other learning activities organised by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).
This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal. The role is based on site, with flexible work-from-home arrangements where operational requirements permit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide administrative and operational support for SAL's training programmes, workshops and other learning activities, including those conducted by Learning & Product Development (LPD) and the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC). You will also support selected POEM-led events as required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Programme Administration
- Manage the end-to-end administration of training programmes, including course registration, enrolment, invoicing, payment processing, transfers, cancellations and waitlists.
- Submit training programmes for accreditation and manage the related administrative processes.
- Manage and respond to enquiries received through programme and training mailboxes, providing timely support to participants, trainers and stakeholders.
Systems & Records
- Set up and maintain courses, digital learning content, course materials and assessments in learning management systems.
- Use training and event management systems, including online event storefronts, to support programme administration and maintain accurate learner and programme records.
Training Delivery& Operations
- Provide on-site support for training programmes, including room set-up, preparation of training materials, attendance-taking and coordination of programme logistics.
- Work with internal business units, trainers, vendors and external stakeholders to coordinate and administer training programmes across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
Departmental Support
- Collect and consolidate participant and trainer feedback to support programme evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and delivery of selected POEM-led events, including seminars, conferences, meetings and other departmental initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
KEY SPECIFICATIONS
Candidates should have:
- A diploma in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with learning management systems or event registration platforms is an advantage but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to support occasional extended hours, when required.
