About this job
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
- Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carry out Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works
- Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdown and fault to determine the causes for prevention of future occurrence
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in building systems
- Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability
- Ensure contractors on defect rectification after servicing
- Set-up and operate AV system in the Auditorium, atrium and AV Room
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields
- minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Building and Facilities maintenance
- Experience in AV system will be an advantage
- Able to start work within a short notice
Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits
Work Schedule: 6-day work week
