About this job
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for flooring, carpentry, and renovation works.
- Take site measurements and calculate project quantities.
- Prepare material lists and assist with material costing.
- Assist with variation orders, progress claims, and project costing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings, measurements, and quotations are accurate.
- Prior experience in flooring and carpentry is highly preferred.
- Experience in QS, drafting, or renovation works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of quantity take-off and costing.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
