Job Description
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in daily QS duties and project costing works
- Assist in quantity take-off and measurement works
- Assist in preparation of quotations, tender and contract documents
- Support progress claims, variation orders and final accounts
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required
- Maintain proper project documentation and records
- Attend site meetings when required
- Training and guidance will be provided by senior QS
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management or Quantity Surveyor
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in construction or quantity surveying
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 5-day work week
- Office-based working environment
We will be moving to Stellar @ Tampines in end September 2026 (soon)
