IT Service Delivery Manager

Looking for an experienced 10 years IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong understanding of SLA concepts, account onboarding/offboarding processes, and end-to-end account management.

Key Expectations:

• Proven experience in managing an account end-to-end, including service delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks.
• Ability to understand and articulate how Managed Service Vendor (MSV) operations work, including service governance, processes, and delivery models.
• Capable of presenting service capabilities, operational models, and value propositions effectively to clients.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, drive service improvements, and ensure SLA compliance.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing enterprise IT accounts in a managed services environment.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change, request, and service level management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
