About this job
Primary Responsibility: Precast planning, production, delivery, and installation.
Job Scope:
• Coordinate precast design and shop drawing submissions.
• Review precast element details and connections.
• Plan casting schedules with precast suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery sequence with site construction programme.
• Monitor installation works and crane operations.
• Ensure precast tolerances comply with specifications.
• Resolve installation and interface issues.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor progress and productivity of precast erection.
• Prepare technical reports and method statements.
Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as a Precast Engineer in HDB construction projects.
Other information:
• 6 days
• This position will be based/located at construction site.
