Automotive Salesman

Job Scope

• Attend to customers and understand their car-buying needs
• Introduce and recommend suitable vehicles to customers
• Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Handle sales enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Negotiate prices and close sales
• Assist customers with financing, insurance, and vehicle documentation
• Prepare sales quotations and necessary paperwork
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Keep updated on available stock, promotions, and automotive market trends
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• Motivated, hardworking, and target-driven
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred, but training can be provided
• Valid driving licence preferred
