Job Summary

You will manage warehouse stock and inventory tasks during night shifts, support office operations including front desk management, and assist with onboarding and mail handling in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate stock takes and maintain detailed warehouse inventory records to ensure stock accuracy
• Perform inventory management tasks to monitor and replenish stock levels efficiently
• Pack and arrange stock systematically to optimize warehouse organization and accessibility
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete warehouse and office tasks effectively
• Manage the front desk by greeting clients and attending to office visitors professionally
• Maintain office and pantry supplies by monitoring stock and placing timely orders to ensure continuous availability
• Support human resources by assisting with the onboarding process of new hires to facilitate smooth integration
• Organize and sort corporate mail, parcels, and deliveries to and from employees promptly and accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Vietnamese to support a friendly and inclusive workplace environment
• Willingness to work night shifts as required by warehouse operations
