Training Supervisor – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Location: Singapore | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to lead technical and production training within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review and improve production and technical training programmes for manufacturing teams.

• Ensure training materials, SOP-related content and programmes remain current and effective.

• Conduct and facilitate training for production employees, including large-group classroom sessions.

• Identify skills and training gaps arising from new processes, equipment or operational changes.

• Track training effectiveness, competency progress and completion of training milestones.

• Coordinate external training programmes and third-party training providers.

• Support training planning, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of training experience within semiconductor manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of wafer-level / semiconductor manufacturing processes and technical training.

• Experience developing and delivering training for production or operations employees.

• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
