Job Description

• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for aluminium facade and glazing projects
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control
• Provide technical and commercial advice to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensure work complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Work with different teams to support project completion on time and within budget
• Identify ways to reduce costs and improve work processes

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in aluminium facade and glazing projects
• Good understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and cost management
• Able to use quantity surveying software and other relevant digital tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work well in a team and manage deadlines
• Familiar with local construction industry regulations and standards
