Receptionist - Newton

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 with an option to extend the contract for another year.

Working hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

• Handle telephone calls and queries from all stakeholders
• Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers
• Provide first aid to students
• Manage first-aid room to include stock-taking, packing and simple cleaning
• Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students
• Monitor lost and found items
• Prepare data reports such as meal voucher report and wellness cove injury report
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the school

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Able to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned
• Have at least 3 years of similar experience in primary school
• Must have valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification
• At least a GCE ‘O’ Level
• Ability to multitask with good time management
