Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services
• Position Title: Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipment documentation and plan collections and deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and process shipment orders.
• Follow up with customers on shipment status, build relationships, and assist with requests.
• Maintain regular communication to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Ensure all job files are completed on time for monthly account closing.
• Monitor and meet assigned KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Diploma/ITE in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Familiarity with Sysfreight is an advantage.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
